Shipping + Returns
Currently at Digital Dry Goods, all of our products are digital downloads only. Due to the nature of the delivery of our products, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final. If there is a problem with a file you download from us, please let us know ASAP and we will correct the problem and issue you a new file.
We know all too well that occasionally technical difficulties may make your digital download files inaccessible, and we want to ensure that you get the product you purchase. Therefore, we have set a 10 day window of availability to download your files. In extreme circumstances, we will reset an order by request only, but only once per customer. We do not reset orders older than 6 months old. We appreciate your understanding in regards to this matter.
Please remember to make permanent backups of your purchased products so that you may recover them if your computer hard drive has a fatal problem - you can never be too careful! Digital Dry Goods cannot be held responsible for replacing lost product.
